The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has recently proposed changes to the Law on Thrift Practice and Waste Combat to overcome the limitations and shortcomings during its implementation. The revised Law is set to be presented to the National Assembly in the May 2025 session for consideration and discussion, with the expectation of being approved in October 2025.

Customs authorities have effectively implemented propaganda of customs law enforcement and dialogues over the past time in diverse and flexible forms in order to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles and disseminate the law to enterprises.
