Saving expenditures to reserve investment for projects is vital: Deputy PM

11-month state budget revenue up 16.1%, exceeds target

The state budget revenue topped 1.8 quadrillion VND (71 billion USD) in the first 11 months of this year, equivalent to 106.3% of this year's target and up 16.1% from the same period in 2023, the Ministry of Finance reported on December 4.

State budget collection reaches 24.3% of 2024 projection in two months

The total State budget revenue in the first two months of 2024 reached over 361.67 trillion VND (nearly 14.67 billion USD), equivalent to 24.3% of the projection for the whole year, and 112.9% compared to the figure recorded in the same period last year, the General Department of Taxation reported on March 1.

State budget revenue tops 70% of year's estimate in eight months

The total State budget revenue in the first eight months of this year topped 962 trillion VND (nearly 40 billion USD), equivalent to 70.1% of the estimate for the whole of this year and 93.9% compared to the figure in the same period last year, the General Department of Taxation reported on September 11.

Taxation sector’s budget revenue reaches 36.6 billion USD in 7 months

The taxation sector’s total state budget revenue in the first seven months of 2023 was estimated at 868.6 trillion VND (36.6 billion USD), equal to 63.3% of the estimate, and 94.5% compared with that of the same period last year, the General Department of Taxation released on August 4.

State budget revenue up 1.3% in Q1

State budget revenue reached an estimated 491.5 trillion VND (over 20.9 billion USD) in the first quarter of 2023, equivalent to 30.3% of the estimate, and up 1.3% from the same period last year, the Ministry of Finance reported on March 30.
